🚫 The "Keep it Chill" Custom Policy

We love creativity, but we aren't about that "anything goes" life.

To keep the vibes high and our brand clean, every custom order goes through a Vibe Check by our team before it hits the heat press.

1. No Hate, No Beef

We will not print any content that promotes:

  • Hate speech, racism, or discrimination against any group.
  • Violence, illegal acts, or harassment.
  • Explicit or pornographic imagery.
  • Political propaganda or controversial religious attacks.

The Bingefit Rule:
If it makes the world a worse place, we won’t print it. Period.

2. Respect the Hustle (Copyrights)

We respect creators. We cannot print designs that you don’t own the rights to.

This includes:

  • Official logos (e.g., Nike, Disney, Coca-Cola).
  • Fan art that isn't yours (unless you have permission).
  • Famous movie posters or celebrity photos without a license.
  • Other brands' trademarks.

Note:
If you provide a design, you are telling us that you own the rights to it.

3. Quality Control

If your image is too blurry, pixelated, or just won't look good on fabric, we’ll reach out to you.

We want you to look 10/10, and we won't print something that we know will look like a "glitch" (unless it's a Cyberpunk glitch, obviously).

To ensure we are both protected, here are the official terms for all custom orders:

Right of Refusal

Bingefit reserves the right to cancel and refund any custom order that violates our "Keep it Chill" policy.

Customer Responsibility

By uploading a design, the customer confirms they have the legal right to use the image.

Bingefit is not liable for any copyright infringement claims resulting from customer-provided art.

No Returns on Customs

Since a custom product is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • There is a physical defect in the garment, or
  • There is a mistake on our end with the printing.

Color Accuracy

Please note that colors on a glowing phone screen may look slightly different when printed on fabric.

We aim for 100% accuracy, but minor variations are part of the process.

Proof Approval

For bulk orders, we will send a digital mockup.

Once you say "Go," we start the engines.

Any changes after approval may incur extra costs.
